New Booking Policy: To help ensure appointment availability for all clients, a valid credit card is now required to reserve all appointments. Unfortunately, due to a significant increase in no-shows and same-day cancellations, this policy is now necessary. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and will only be charged if the cancellation policy applies: • No-shows: 100% of the scheduled treatment fee • Same-day cancellations: 50% of the scheduled treatment fee Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time reserved exclusively for your treatment.

This is a small commercial building that I share with a couple of other businesses. If I happen to be working in the building alone, the door will be locked while I am with patients, however, I will be sure to unlock it 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
